The short version

Off By Ten has no accounts, no sign-up, and no database of players. We don't ask for your name, email, or anything else.

What's stored on your device

Your game progress, streak, statistics, and theme preference are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only. They are never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser's site data erases them.

Hosting and fonts

The site is served as static files (currently via GitHub Pages), and loads its display font from Google Fonts. Like virtually all web hosts, these services may log standard technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver the site; see GitHub's privacy statement and Google Fonts' privacy FAQ.

Analytics and advertising

The site currently runs no analytics and shows no ads. If privacy-respecting analytics or advertising are added in the future to keep the lights on, this page will be updated first, before anything ships.
